Service Description
Ideal for independent buyers who know what they want and buyers who prefer flexibility while still benefiting from professional expertise. This option allows you to work with multiple brokers or explore homes on your own, while still receiving expert assistance when you need it most. Under this service, Alluvian Realty Group will show up to five (5) selected properties, prepare and submit your purchase offer, and guide you through the contract-to-closing process if your offer is accepted. This package does not include additional showing or additonal offer to purchase contracts on multiple properties. Please note: this service is available only for residential properties within select price ranges and is not offered for investor or income-producing properties. $500 flat fee if seller does not offer buyer agent compensation. Cancellation Policy
This $500.00 (five hundred dollars) retainer fee will be credited toward the total commission due to the Realtor at closing of the property sale. If the property does not sell during the listing term, the retainer fee is non-refundable, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. Cancellations made less than 48 hours prior to the scheduled appointment are subject to a cancellation and no-show fee of 20% of the retainer fee.
